Meet J. Clay Benson

J. Clay Benson J. Clay Benson was born and raised in Montgomery, Alabama. He received his Bachelor of Science in Pre-Law from Faulkner University and went on to complete his law degree at Jones School of Law.

For over 15 years, Mr. Benson has dedicated his law practice to helping injury victims and those who are disabled and cannot work.

Mr. Benson has first-hand experience of being involved with a family member in a life changing car accident with serious injuries. He understands the strain and stress that families go through as well as the physical, emotional and financial burdens they experience. Because of that experience, Mr. Benson strives to treat each client with dignity and respect while determining the best course of action for their claim.

Mr. Benson also represents individuals who have been denied their Social Security Disability benefits and Supplemental Security Income benefits. He advocates for his clients on a daily basis to make sure their rights are protected and fights for the Social Security disability benefits they deserve.
